When the room has been emptied of its contents, 

• We run the sander twice,
• then we polish once,
• then sand a third time, very finely.
• We remove all dust.
• We then treat twice (vitrification or oiling).
• After these two coats of treatment, we move on to the polisher.
• Finally, we apply the finishing coat.
